These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and vtd99 ("vtd99", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the vtd99 website available at vtd99.pro and all associated services, games, features, and content provided therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the vtd99 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Registration requires the provision of a valid mobile phone number, a secure password, and such other personal details as vtd99 may require from time to time for KYC verification purposes. vtd99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). • Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the vtd99 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account at the original odds.
• vtd99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at any time, in any market, without being required to state a reason for doing so. This includes imposing maximum stake limits on individual markets or on a player's account as a whole.
• Any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures or human input errors — may be voided by vtd99 at its sole discretion, with stakes refunded to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vtd99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

vtd99 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all Platform activity in real time. Suspicious activity patterns are flagged for manual review by the vtd99 compliance team. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will not receive advance notice of account action.

All content on the vtd99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of vtd99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The vtd99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vtd99. vtd99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between vtd99 and each registered player. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vtd99 uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
